House of Faberge Masquerade Ball

"Long ago, on a cold winter night in St. Petersburg,
couples entered their golden carriages on route to the Winter Palace
as guests for a splendid ball.
As they travelled, the precious jewels that adorned their luxurious costumes
 glistened in the bright moonlight.
Upon arrival, the guests sat down to an amazing feast of gourmet dishes
and delicacies from around the world.
After dinner, entertained by talented musicians, the couples danced the night away,
anxiously awaiting for the secret to be revealed.
For on this magical night, The identity of the guest of honour was concealed by a jewelled mask.
And not until the stroke of midnight would her breath-taking beauty be made known to all.
